After much research, I bought and installed a Rocna Anchor - 15kg/33lb.  I am extremely happy with its performance and my decision.  I carry 300 feet of 5/16" Acco High Test G-43 Galvanized Chain, and 200 feet of 1/2" rode on that Primary Anchor.
