Got it! 

I found several on ebay and craigslist... This is an excellent model which sells new for about $690.  The Celestaire Astra IIIB Deluxe is a great sextant and priced affordably. You can easily pay over $1,000 to several $ thousands for a sextant. And, I got this 2003 like new sextant on craigslist, from a nice guy in Florida for $350... eBay ones were going for the mid $400's plus.
